~About the drawing~
The reason I drew Franny's (btw, Francine or the nickname Franny aren't her official names. They're used by some fans.) cape appart, is because when I started drawing her, I liked how the shoulders' part looked.
I'll be honest here and say that I forgot to add it at first lol

Not much to say, really, I liked how it turned out
But of course I feel something's missing (appart from the gloves oops). Shocker -.-U
Remember I'm always open for critiques (since I don't have that option, I'm not premium sob)

Francine is soooo pretty
Definately one of my favorite Nyotalia counterparts~ (after Prussia and S. Italy!)
I felt like drawing her because I was discussing some rp with :idevmay2as: and talked on how in a Nyotalia rp I would be France (or Spain too~).
